These terms govern your use of the OnCrew website and platform, operated by Platform 360 Pty Ltd (ACN 642 269 805) ("OnCrew", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
OnCrew is workforce-management software for labour-hire agencies and businesses that run crews — covering shift filling, dispatch, compliance tracking, clock-in, timesheets and payroll-ready exports. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the platform.
Accounts & security
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for activity under it.
- Keep your login details secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to break security, access data you're not authorised to, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
Your data & responsibilities
You keep ownership of the data you put into OnCrew. You grant us the permissions needed to host and process it so we can provide the service. You're responsible for having the right to provide any personal information you upload (for example worker details) and for handling it in line with applicable privacy laws. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep OnCrew available and reliable, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and updates, and will aim to minimise disruption.
Fees
Where a paid plan applies, fees and inclusions are as agreed with you. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of GST.
Intellectual property
OnCrew, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Platform 360 Pty Ltd. These terms don't transfer any of our intellectual property to you.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or the amount paid for it.
Suspension & termination
You can stop using OnCrew at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or where required to protect the platform or other users. On termination, we'll handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the current version here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
