Workforce software pricing

OnCrew is priced per seat. You pick a plan — Essentials, Starter or Growth — which sets your per-worker rate ($5, $6.50 or $8 per worker per month), then add supervisors at $10 and extra admins at $60 each per month. Your owner account is included, and a monthly minimum applies ($99 / $199 / $399). Enterprise is a custom quote. All fees exclude GST; pay 6-monthly or yearly to save 10% or 20%.

Most labour-hire software charges per active user or per seat, often gating basic features behind higher tiers. OnCrew keeps it simple and per-seat — you only pay for the workers, supervisors and admins you actually use, with no worker caps, and the core loop (Smart Fill, compliance and the crew apps) is in every plan.

Every plan includes Smart Fill, live compliance and ticket tracking, the compliance gate, geofenced clock-in, payroll-ready timesheets, recurring rosters, shift types and the worker & supervisor apps. Higher plans add the client CRM, no-show auto-chase, client billing and invoicing, reporting and more.

No. You're billed per seat, so you can add as many workers, supervisors and admins as you need and scale up or down anytime. You choose a plan for its features, not a headcount cap.

OnCrew turns clock-ins into payroll-ready timesheets and exports them to your payroll system (with Xero and Employment Hero integrations coming). It doesn't run payroll itself — it does the timesheet and compliance work that feeds it.
